Trinity Bar & Bistro - Surry Hills

Great pub food with amazing outdoor deck sitting area. Trivia host was very friendly and easy-going though we did not really participate (thanks for the invite though! . However the other staff was surprisingly inattentive, no greetings or any other form of effective communication (pointed at the bar and asked us to order there in a not-so-polite tone and bar was unattended at that moment . Hopefully it’s just a one-off thing because we do want to visit again to try out other dishes and for the variety of beers:

Great pub to go to on the weekend. Been here a couple times now with my partner. I would say the best meal is the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The chips that come with it are my favourite part, seasoned well, they are the best pub chips I have ever had. We have also tried the burger which is a good size but doesn't compete with the schnitzel. Good prices as well.

Insanely amazing food! I would recommend the mushroom ravioli and calamari. Would definitely come again!!!Sat outside and it was a little cold, but food was so worth it.

Quite good, service good, atmosphere great. We initially sat inside when live music was on-TOO LOUD. When we moved outside it was great.<br/ <br/ Food was quality, great assortment.<br/ <br/ Defiantly go again.

Decent pub food, specialising in schnitzel parmas and fried chicken. Also good value and a nice corner location in between Crown Street 's main restaurant blocks. I had a trademark chicken schnitzel with Monterey parmigiana this consisted of black beans and guacamole. In truth there was maybe a little too much going on with this dish, but sometimes you just say 'What the hey '.
