Ume Burger Barangaroo - Surry Hills

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. You must try the sliders if you visit, they are incomparable. There are also excellent vegetarian options available.

This restaurant is a welcoming spot to enjoy a tasty burger and katsu fish burger. Both dishes were fresh and delicious. The renkon chips with seaweed salt paired nicely with the homemade sauce. I will definitely return to sample more items from the menu.

The fish katsu burger was incredibly tasty and the crispy fries with different Japanese mayos were also delightful. I can't wait to try more dishes from their menu in the future.

This small Japanese burger bar sounds interesting but didn't meet expectations fish burger and waygu burger small and not like website photos! Perhaps should have ordered from specials list. Maybe chef having a bad day but not a 4.5 star experience.

Really delicious japaners meet American burgers, and the rotation of the aromes really works. soft milk beans, crispy cauliflower and really juicy chicken catsu was delicious.
