Tj's Pizza - Sussex

As a celiac, the TJ’s in Sussex is very questionable. Will not go back. There are way better gf pizzas out there and they give you sealed pizza cutters to avoid contamination. Dietary restrictions: Gf- stay away.

Usually the food is mediocre, but we get them since they're cheap and deliver quick. Every once in awhile you'll get a good pizza. Ordered a pie with black olives last night. Even an idiot could tell that it was reheated from hours ago with olives just chucked on top. Needless to say it was disgusting. Probably done ordering from here. Don't understand why Franklin Tjs is so good and this place sucks.

Just now · Shared with Public I called to see if they deliver to my husband's work they said yes> I told her I would order on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery for a surprise Birthday and would be coming from out of state to meet at the gate at security. I order with Chow now Your order from TJ's Pizza Cafe Sussex will be delivered around: 11:45 AM on Oct 11 THEY BROUGHT IT ON October 10th! and it was there fault ruined the surprise and charged me too I wasn't even there either. I got a im sorry and the owner has not called me or the service he uses CHOW NOW put a compliant in there too with no response. The manger refused to give any refund also I didn't even get the full order after paying 137.00 order with a good tip for the driver! Beware UPDATE 10/17 The owner NEVER returned my call or also the company that takes the on line orders Chow Now calls as they helped me to try and solve this issue. So the company Chow Now have refunded my money and the owner never responded. Very poor customer service on the owners side. And will say Chow Now is a wonderful company that is fair and stand by there name!

Worst experience will never come back here for food. 45 minutes. Keeping me waiting for a medium pie when I had order 30 minutes prior online Lack of service. Lack of urgency. Lack of communication. Seriously worst experience ever. Wonder why places keep losing business services

Great pizza. Delivery is always faster than what is said on the phone, which I highly appreciate!
