The servers are not so polite, another issue is that the music is very loud and the orders keep getting mixed up (happened twice to me). The food was not the best either.

Schlecht gelaunte unmotivierte Bedienung zuerst haben wir 15 Minuten gesessen ohne das auch nur eine Reaktion kam obwohl fast keine Tische belegt waren . Ich hab die Bedienung dann ,,eingefangen da war er sehr genervt... Einen Teil der Bestellung hat er vergessen und die Cevapcici waren die schlechtesten die wir je gegessen haben meine Tochter hat noch 3 Tage später den Ekel gehabt ...also ich würde dort nicht mehr essen

Well this was certainly an experience. Right from the start the coffee was horrible and watered down. The plates were not cleaned properly prior to serving of food. And the worst of it all the bathroom had no soap, no toilet paper and no lights! All in all a bad experience on a otherwise beautiful trip. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
