Saregama - Sutton

The restaurant used to be good, but not anymore. We have been loyal customers, but tonight was the last straw. They consistently fail to understand that we do not like coriander and every time it is included in our meal, we have to throw it away, wasting both our time and money. After waiting 1.5 hours for our food, we were extremely disappointed. We do not recommend this place at all.

It used to be good, but not anymore. The food was enjoyable, but the service was embarrassing! They have disappointed us tonight by failing to fulfill our last orders, despite our specific request to exclude coriander. It seems they don't understand that even a small bit of coriander can ruin a meal for someone who dislikes it, leading to wasted money and time spent waiting. Our family from out of town had a terrible experience. I would not recommend this place at all.

Dining at Saregama is always a high-quality experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is vibrant and cheerful, which can sometimes lead to slow service. While the service may not always be the quickest, the food is consistently excellent. So, take your time and enjoy your meal!

I have eaten here often and always had a great meal. it is a very popular place in carshalton, and tends to get very busy in the evenings and especially at the weekend, but we always have the ability to get a table when we arrive without reservation. the only disadvantage is that the service is a little slow to busy times, but we have never noticed it.
