Tim Hortons - Sutton West

This restaurant has the potential to be great if only the management would hire capable staff members who know how to properly treat elderly customers. Today, while enjoying my coffee, I witnessed a situation where a senior was kicked out of the restaurant for refusing to sign a Covid-19 waiver on the control sheet. The customer was unaware of the requirement and instead of politely explaining the situation, an employee rudely told him to leave. This is the only Tim Hortons in the city, so let's work together to improve the quality of service that our community deserves and prevent situations like this from happening again.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The service was terrible and half of the menu items were not available. By 6 o'clock, only 2 out of 6 soups and 2 out of all the sandwiches were able to be made. It was mentioned that they did not have enough staff to properly support the service. The team even served me a small bread roll without gloves or masks. The kitchen and counters were dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The team mentioned that the owner was not attentive and did not listen to their concerns. I was so dissatisfied that I actually called the customer service line!

This Tim Hortons location is the only one nearby and is usually quite busy. Like many others, I love Tim Hortons, but this particular location is in need of renovation as some of the interior is in poor condition and it could use an expansion in size. Despite the challenges, the staff work hard but are often overwhelmed with long lines and are unable to provide a personal touch to the service. Additionally, there was a issue with flies during the summer. I hope that the owners invest some of the profits into improving the store, expanding it, and addressing the insect problem.

The coffee and desserts are very good and the location is close to lake drive in sutton. the place is occupied in the rule and in the summer time there is a line up. that is the bottom of when they are in cottage country, everyone loves. timmy’s

If visiting, bring paper so you have something to do while in this ever-present life-wasting line up. If blue moon in sky and line up is only to the door or drivethru is actually not blocking traffic then food is good, just like all timmies....Lots of staff falling all over each other but don't seem efficient, like all timmies.
