Taco Bell - Suwanee

I experienced the slowest service I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order through the mobile app, but it wasn't ready until over 45 minutes later. The dining area is always closed, which means I can't pick up my food right away. Instead, I'm forced to wait in a long drive-thru line to collect my order, adding another 20 minutes to my wait, when I could have easily grabbed it inside in just a few seconds.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptional. They always ensure your order is accurate. I placed a $50 order with numerous customizations and they got everything right. Additionally, I had a $5 off coupon that was only valid for in-store orders. The employees recognized my situation and allowed me to place my order at the register instead of using the kiosk, so I could redeem my coupon. Truly a fantastic team!

I ordered for in-store pickup and arrived right when my food was ready. However, the restaurant had its doors locked, so I was directed to the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the food got cold while I was waiting. If you're not able to accommodate in-store pickups or don't prepare the food in advance for those orders, you shouldn't offer that option! And to top it off, there was bacon in the Fiesta Veggie Burrito. What a disappointment!

This particular TB did a good job. The order was correct and I got through the line in about 5 minutes. Most Taco bells around us have their dining rooms closed and have ridiculously long waits at the drive-thru; like 30-40 min! Food was as you would expect from Taco Bell.

Long drive through lines, told they don't have any items for their box items, employees typically don't know when their drive through menu updates so be prepared to get old box/combo items. I've been here multiple times and they always seem to have some problem and struggle to be open/staffed/supplied.
