Taco Mac Johns Creek - Suwanee

The food was delicious, surprised how good the egg rolls were. The service was slow when they had a fuse in the kitchen. The hostess did her best to keep us informed. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Food: 4/5

Lost world of Taco Mac. My last review was in 2014. All I can say is run away, far away. No one cares about service, the place is empty and the beer menus is horrible. It made it through COVID but the lack of management and trained staff has all but killed this locations. Corporate Taco Mac, sell it it’s a dying location

Made an online order for some wings. Got there 10 mins early and the hostess said they were really busy and it would be at least 10 more mins and since that's what the website originally told me, I didn't mind. Fast forward 20 mins(now 10 mins after original estimate) , I asked the hostess how my order was coming. She went back to check with the kitchen and came back and told me it would be at least another 20-30 mins. I canceled my order. Also while waiting I saw at least 15 open tables and they were on a 30-minute wait b/c hostess said they only had 3 servers working and they were limiting the amount who could sit at the bar.It's a shame b/c the hostess and manager were very nice and apologetic about it. Not their fault the restaurant was so short staffed as nobody wants to work anymore. Maybe should consider paying much higher hourly wage as the sales you turned away and refunded would have more than paid for the additional wages. If corporate office wants to know why sales are down, there's your answer. You had patrons waiting and leaving b/c they didn't want to wait when there were plenty of open tables. I suggest Corporate office really takes a hard look at fixing the staffing issue b/c it's costing you plenty of sales! Even one more server with a 4-table station would have brought in at least an additional 300- 500 in sales and let's say they cost 10/hr(think that's probably high for a tipped server position). I know there's also food and liquor cost, but you still make profit on that additional revenue and you keep customers happy. Just my .02.I love their wings and sometimes watching games there, however will think twice about returning in near future.

It's sad that they have programmed their people that three celery sticks means three celery sticks. You pay 12.99 for wings and their dollar a wing. It's amazing with these celery toothpicks and a little cup of ranch cost. $2.99. you make the decision whether this is a value
