Traktir - Sviyazhsk

We came here specifically for the bread bowl borscht, but it wasn't on the menu, which was disappointing. The solyanka and fish soup were tasty, but the portions were small. The juice and bread were good as well. However, the tables were dirty, sticky, and filled with crumbs; even after wiping them with a wet napkin, it turned black. It took a long time to bring out the food, especially the dumplings, and they also took a while to serve the tea. The restroom was dirty and had a foul smell.

I've dined in many places in Kazan and found them all to be just "okay." However, this establishment completely changed my perspective on what a delicious dinner can be. The standard three-course meal is sure to satisfy even the hungriest diner. The bread here deserves special mention; definitely take a piece with you, as it makes for a fantastic crouton. Don’t let the low ratings fool you; this place is extremely popular, and many tourists end up filling the entire restaurant because of large groups. If there are no seats available, take a half-hour stroll around the island, and you’re sure to secure a table soon.

Absolutely delicious!! I had a wonderful lunch and was thoroughly impressed! The presentation of the soups was very interesting. I highly recommend visiting!

Еда вкусная, но поскольку у заведения практически нет конкурентов, проходит очень большой поток посетителей. Не все блюда из меню были в наличии. А по итогам нас ещё и обсчитали по счету на 500-600 руб. Совет: проверяйте счёт

Ресторан не понравился: летают мухи, блюда на «3»: заказали борщ в хлебе хлеб был очень жесткий, картошка с грибами грибы обычные шампиньоны и на вкус жесткие. Понравились только пельмени, хотя и они не ручной работы.
