Snake River Roadhouse Grill

This place is honest, worst customer service I've ever experienced. they have tied the music to an ipad and they let the song through halfway and turn the volume up and down all the time that eating is best marginal, I think a child could cook a steak better. the waitress was honestly really rude all the time to get several tables to the point that people are excited when they asked us whether we want our review, on which we politely said yes, 35 minutes later we got our sack and it took another 15 minutes to get our change. great customer service. I don't want to go back.

We just came across this place as we were staying nearby and loved it. We ended up eating there every night of our stay! There is a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is great, bathrooms are clean, and they offer indoor and covered outdoor seating. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience here!

This place is amazing!! Came two nights in a row and was very happy with the food: they accommodated my gluten allergy really well, and the options were tasty! Pretty affordable, very nice people and I was happy to have come. Definitely recommend and want to come back.

The atmosphere here was great. The menu had many options, and the staff was friendly. The food was good, just knocked a star off because my cheese curds were so over cooked that there was no cheese left inside! Looking forward to coming back and giving them another try, along with one of the burgers.

Our server was great and the food was decent, but overall it was kind of a disappointing experience. We got there and I ordered the western burger only for them to come back and tell me that there grill was down so we could order any burgers or steak. I then settled on a turkey sandwich. After waiting for a while the server comes out with the three other peoples food at my table. I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after the rest of my table to get my food, which the rest of the table had already finished their food at this time. Overall it was just a disappointing experience, but I believe there is potential.
