Costa Coffee - Swansea

I have consistently experienced a warm welcome at your restaurant, but today was particularly special. After a stressful morning, Tasha's exceptional service and big smile truly made my day. It's rare to find such welcoming and attentive staff like her. As a retail manager, I truly appreciate when employees go the extra mile. Thank you to the Swansea team for the warm welcome, superb service, and delicious hot chocolate.

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful - always cheerful, helpful, and smiling. Even when they are busy, their positive attitudes shine through. They would definitely be forgiven in my book for any mistakes.

Having frequented this Costa for a long time, I'm afraid to say the customer service is absolutely shocking, especially by the male barista, who is so unhelpful in every respect.. I will not be visiting again, having spent many hundreds of pounds there.. so disappointed...

Turned out to be a good place for breakfast three times . We didn’t want to indulge in the large and expensive breakfast in our hotel so chose this instead . We found there was plenty on offer for a light breakfast , M and S instant porridge or yogurt and granola , croissant or fruit . All very reasonable and served by a friendly person who remembered us when we turned up for the second time . Handy too for coach or bus travellers . Very clean and attractively furnished .
