Removed: The Red Hen - Swedesboro

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but I am puzzled as to why the wait time is always so long. I'm not sure if it's a problem with DoorDash communication, but even though I live nearby, it always takes at least an hour to receive one or two items.

I think it apos;s a function of delivery time. The Cheesesteak roll was super wet and all of the fries were cold. One of our orders was supposed to be sweet potato fries, but they were regular ones. The Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup was really good and the Chicken Tenders were a highlight. The Sunday Fried Chicken Sandwich was good, but again, the bun was really wet. Red Hen is great when we eat there and this was the first time getting their food delivered, so we apos;ll probably not do that again.

Cheesesteak was smaller than others but still very good and probably better for my waistline that it was smaller, lol

Got the burrata for the first time and it was delicious! Nicely presented with the arugula, pancetta and pomegranate seeds. Everything else was perfect as usual. Thank you Red Hen!
