Tim Hortons - Swift Current

It feels almost intentional how they misplace the lids. It shouldn't be that difficult to 1. avoid overfilling the cup and 2. properly attach the lid. It's frustrating to see this when there are only a few competent staff members here.

I can't believe no one is mentioning how long you have to wait after placing your order at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. It seems like they're more focused on keeping their service times low, possibly for some incentive, rather than actually being quick. Instead of improving efficiency, they've found a way to make it seem like they're fast while actually being very slow. To make matters worse, they often forget to enter your order into the system, resulting in mistakes most of the time. This is the worst Tim Hortons in Swift Current. I wouldn’t recommend going here!

My partner and I have been regulars at this Tim Hortons for over two years. However, the service has noticeably declined over the past month. For instance, we've received RAW beef in not just one, but TWO craveables, and we’ve also been served BURNT coffee. On several occasions, we've had to ask for spoons and have received missing food items. As someone who has experience working in both the fast food and café industries, I find this treatment of loyal, polite customers to be unacceptable.

The Tim Bits were extremely sweet, almost too much to handle! The garlic and herb pastry tasted stale, as if it had been in the freezer for several months.

The wraps and bowls are excellent gluten-free options. I enjoyed an iced cappuccino nearly every day. As for parking, the location is fantastic—conveniently situated near Pharmasave, a real estate office, and Red Apple.
