I had the best service ever, and everything was so fast! I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was around R 200–250. The food was excellent, and I would rate both the service and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5!

I unfortunately had a very unsatisfactory experience at this restaurant. I placed my order through one of the machines, but one of the two machines was not printing out receipts. Customers were directed to the collection area and asked about their orders, while the staff prepared those orders, ignoring those of us who had receipt numbers. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. I think they mixed up my order; if I hadn't started raising my concerns, I might still be waiting. My order number was 461, but they began calling out order number 488 before I finally spoke up. In the future, if the machine isn't printing receipts, it should either be turned off or have a sign so people can take pictures of their order numbers. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.
