Canadian women is amazing so friendly we didn’t get her name but give the women a pay rise she was so friendly and approachable to all customers

The staff here are always really friendly and helpful. The coffee is great and the food is really very good! Why go to a chain when you can get this quality?! Also 10% off for town centre workers and a loyalty card

Lovely shop, I come in here all the time and I can't fault the place; Friendly staff, nice drinks, and a really good price for what you're getting! If you're in the town, this is the only coffee shop that's worth your time.

Really frustrating when the barista forgets your order and your sat there with your friends who have all finished there food and yours isn't even here yet. Such a shame.

The soup and cakes are delicious at this restaurant. The seating is also lovely. Additionally, we had a small problem that the staff addressed immediately and with a smile. This is now my new favorite coffee shop.
