Palomino Espresso - Sydney

I think they have a new staff at the counter who needs more training on taking orders. She asked me to repeat my order for three times and the lady after me even got a wrong dish. Nice place with food at reasonable price, yet I don’t think I would visit again.

Tried this place with a friend on a weekday morning, after several colleagues recommended the place to me throughout the year and I was not disappointed with this place at all! Had to wait for friend, but I seated myself down and was greeted by a friendly staff quite quickly despite the cafe being busy with a takeaway queue . <br/ <br/ Ordered a regular cappuccino and Makin Bakin $14 , whilst friend ordered the New School Bircher $12 . For the former, the poached eggs were done well, and the bacon was crispy with hardly any fat. The bread and sauce were also good additions to the dish, although I didn't particular like the dry rocket which was a little hard to swallow. Friend appeared to like her New School Bircher. <br/ <br/ Overall however, the cafe was definitely good in its quality for its CBD location and would definitely recommend to other work people nearby! :

Fantastic spot for breakfast! I tried the green eggs and it had everything I could ask for: broccolini, yam, Greek yoghurt and feta cheese. The dish is named aptly and great for anyone who wants to venture out from the traditional eggs and toast for breakkie. <br/ <br/ The coffee was also quite good and they had almond milk!!

Top city breakfast spot! Loved the green eggs sweet potato, greens, feta, nuts and eggs. So light and delicious. The coffee is good and friendly staff. A little busy in the mornings but ppl move off quickly. My new go to city spot!

One of the better coffee offerings in the city, great range of freshly baked items and more recently they've expanded their breakfast and lunch offerings
