Staff who make food normally appear under the influence, making them constant mistakes or moving painfully slowly. You don't talk to you, look in the eyes or confirm your order. They simply push it over the counter that has led to the wrong order being output several times. The people who make your food will continue to make their faces, earbuds or fist bumpers to make your food without washing their hands / changing gloves. This is absolutely a violation of the health code. Cash is usually very friendly. I don't think I always want to get food from this place. Update 6/30/22: They got my order wrong again and then gave me an attitude about it and started to cuddle under their breath (which was very loud lol)

Went in at 9 pm to order food (tenders and fries) there were no fries ready atm so I asked the guy behind the counter if more fries were being cooked and he said not tonight. So I asked him were they closing early or issues and he says no he just wasn?t cooking anymore and when I continued to ask he said it?s going to take over 30 minutes and his shift was ending. Terrible service never go to this royal farms

Got a few breakfast sandwiches and the biscuits were so rock hard on the bottom you would crack a tooth if you bit down on it. Sad your once ok food has become nasty and a joke. What's worse is their social media staff's complete disregard of customers concerns about the food quality (spoiler, they completely ignore people). The young ladies who work here are nice, they are why they get the 2 starts.

RF used to have great iced tea...fresh brewed every day, tasted great, and was relatively inexpensive. But now, they have the premade, reconstituted tea machine, and it tastes like Ajax. I used to buy food, snacks, lotto tickets, etc., and of course gas when I came in for my tea, but now I've taken all my business elsewhere because of the change. Way to lose business over the desire to pinch pennies.
