Taco Bell - Sykesville

I just came home because I refused to serve the Tacoglocke. I recently downloaded their app, added a credit card because I see the advertisement that you will receive a free Chalupa box for registration and ordering by the app. Well, I did that, and when I came there, the very rude young lady who worked the register said that she had not received the online order. Okay, that can happen sometimes, so I showed her my phone where it shows my order and that it was received and ready for picking up. She said I couldn't get the food unless I requested a refund and reordered the app. I explained it was a free gift order, but several times she said that I need to request a refund or she cannot make the food. I asked how to request a refund, she said call company. Am I really standing there at this moment and call corporate customer service to try reimbursed $0, and then reorder through an app that clearly does not work for the first time? No. She shrunk her shoulders all the time and said they won't make food. This kind of thing happened to other fast food sites, and they are usually apologetic and look at my order and give me what I ordered. Not this time. She refuses to even help. Question is...where are you even qualified to work when you are fired from the Tacoglocke? What, let's go is inevitable with their attitude.

I meet friends in this beautiful place several times a year! This is the best place to have a bite. I routinely visit this point. The food is of high quality, the workers are polite and the prices are fair. I enjoy going over a delicious lunch at this point.

Never cut off with the service or food. In addition, the Baja tastes better here than any other Taco Bell in a 30-mile radius.

Taco Bell is decent. I typically order from the app and pick it up. I?ve only had my order incorrect once. They do seem to get the new items a bit slower. I had wanted the Dragonfruit freeze but for some reason this Taco Bell didn?t get it. Also one thing to note is that this Taco Bell has all of their combo prices up charged a dollar. So their $5 boxes are actually $5.99. Not a big deal but something to note.

This location is my new go-to Taco Bell since the Owings Mills location is always crowded during the pandemic. I?ve been here about a dozen times and have never had an issue with any of my orders. The food freshness and build quality has consistently been above average for a Taco Bell, and I find the staff is generally friendly. I think the bad Yelp reviews are outdated.
