Casa Torres Y Cantina - Sylmar

The atmosphere on a Sunday was great. Unfortunately, the octopus was overcooked. Regardless of how much you spend at the restaurant, the staff rush you out when they want to leave.

The food is delicious and the ambiance is incredible. I can't quite put my finger on why it didn't quite reach the level of a five-star experience. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this place because the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is truly special.

Lalo, the bartender is the best he made our drinks so freakin good, you have to come see him

We had a large party and he took care of us very well. The food was awesome

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, especially from the older gentleman who took great care of us, constantly refilling our drinks and checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. I gave it 3 stars because I wasn't a fan of the loud mariachi music; I wish there was an option to sit in a quieter area for those who just want to enjoy a nice lunch. However, if you don't mind the loud music, I would recommend giving it a try.
