Innovation Brewing - Sylva

Locating the entrance to the brewery was a bit difficult, but once inside, the cozy atmosphere and friendly service more than made up for it. The wide selection of beers, along with the rustic charm and outdoor seating by the river, made it a memorable stop during my birthday celebration in town.

During our overnight stay in Sylva, we decided to explore the downtown area near our motel. We stumbled upon a fantastic bar that had a great selection of beers. The atmosphere was really cool and the staff were friendly. We started our night there and worked our way back to our motel, stopping at other places along the strip to try out more options. This bar will definitely be our go-to spot when we visit Sylva again.

Wow. Amazing atmosphere!!!! I absolutely love the vibe here, definitely some of the best I've experienced. The beer was good, although I wish it had been colder. The highlight of this brewery is its location next to a creek, surrounded by beautiful Tennessee weather. The service was also top-notch. A must-visit if you're in the area.

Unique and solid selection of beers. So awesome that you get six in a flight. Staff was phenomenal even with it being so busy with trivia night. Plenty of food options with a food truck and connected pizza joint. Great location on the river and plenty ofoutside seating to enjoy it. Lots of great merchandise and we will definitely return.

First time visiting the Town of Sylvia and saw Innovation. It looked like a happening place for a Monday and had to stop for a pint. The brewtenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. My pint of choice was the Peach-a-Peno based on theirrecommendations and it was perfect with just the right amount of heat! If you find yourself in Western Carolina definitely stopand grab pint. You will love not only the brew, but also the atmosphere. Cheers!!!
