Willie's Chop Shop - Sylvan Beach

Great food, the first time we went there the service was excellent. The second time the waitress didn't know what was on tap, didn't know what was on the menu, didn't come back to check on it table, we ended you grabbing another server to bring our check and cash is out. Would recommend if you like smoked meat and food in general. Ask to be sat in Pat's area he's good!

This is my second time. The first time I left I had the ribs and they were in the top 10 ribs I had recently... tonight I had something called Firebird Sandwich, grilled chicken capicola grilled pineapple with tomato salad and a kind of sauce on a roll. Unbelievable. friendly staff great atmosphere great prices and extremely good food.

On Monday, I drove through the city and was in search of a place to stop when I was delighted to find that Willie's was open—much to my relief, as many other places were closed. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I tried the hamburger, which was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the tacos were absolutely incredible. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Willie's to anyone looking for a great place to eat or drink.

We've found our favorite spot in Sylvan Beach! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is vibrant, and there's plenty of entertainment. I really appreciate that they have outdoor seating with large openings in front, allowing guests to enjoy and experience the lively entertainment from the main dining room. If you're looking to try something different yet exceptionally delicious, I highly recommend the Utica Burger with Greens. Honestly, it's a bit torturous to write this review while I reminisce about that juicy burger served on a warm bun, topped with melted cheese and fantastic Utica Greens. Pair it with a chilled Utica Club, and you've got a meal that anyone—especially cool women—will love from the very first bite!

The menu isn't extensive, which I appreciated, but it had many great options. I ordered the Fat Boy, while my husband chose the Tire Shredder Burger. We started off with a half order of Poutine, and I'm so glad we did because it was plentiful and absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and arrived at the perfect time. Ted checked on us frequently, and the food came out quickly, demonstrating that the staff was doing a fantastic job. An incredibly talented acoustic singer played wonderful tunes during dinner, and I can't wait to go back to try the tacos! The only suggestion I have for improvement is the bathroom situation – there's only one, and enjoying brisket and clam chowder doesn’t mix well with waiting, haha. I didn't want to take too long in there, but overall, everything was wonderful!
