They simply can't seem to get an order correct especially for the cost of the purchase. Never again will I come here

Daily, I order 6 shots of espresso at other locations. Today, I was at destiny, so I decided to save a trip and buy my espresso while I was there. 6 shots should be at least 10 Oz of espresso at 1.5 Oz a piece(again, I do this every day)... I recorded asplash of espresso at the bottom of my small cup and the employees insisted it was 6 shots. They flat out robbed me. The helpat this location need training on products and service BADLY

The coffee was extremely diluted and had a terrible taste. I have never experienced such poor quality coffee before.

This Dunkin' Donuts was the worst I've ever been to. My hash browns were burnt, my coffee was under-filled, and the staff making the food were more focused on gossiping about a coworker than their work. The cashier was the only bright spot. If it weren't so early and I didn't already have my coffee, I would have been entertained by the amount of swearing I heard. Trust me.

I was waiting in line at the restaurant and Cashier Victoria T. was doing an exceptional job. The crew was working together efficiently, even handling a large order for one customer. They read out the order to the customer and everyone knew their role. Despite having two challenging customers, the cashier remained patient and professional. The drink station crew started taking drink orders from people in line and preparing them, making the checkout process quick and smooth. The teamwork was outstanding, and I was impressed by the cashier's patience. The entire team deserves appreciation and the cashier should be recognized for delivering fantastic customer service.
