Hometown Cafe - Syracuse

I really enjoyed this little restaurant! The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was fantastic! I will definitely be returning!

A lovely little stop for some incredibly delicious food on the way back to Kansas City.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast, and the food was just mediocre. It lacked flavor, the bacon was undercooked, and the gravy was terrible—it reminded me of a low-quality hotel breakfast. Additionally, the cups were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The areas between the booth seats were particularly unpleasant. On a positive note, the server was very kind! However, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The food was wonderful! However, I think it's unacceptable to wait 45 minutes for the gravy to be prepared, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy when we ordered. My husband is diabetic, so I had them serve his food after waiting 35 minutes, which meant we couldn't enjoy our meals together.

The food was outstanding and incredibly delicious. I order from there all the time!
