Margaritaville Syracuse

I really appreciated our server, though I wish I could remember her name. She was one of only two servers working last night (July 25, 2018) and did an outstanding job. She recommended some fantastic drinks and appetizers, and was both personable and attentive. If you’re the manager reading this, I hope you’ll consider giving her a raise, a promotion, or some kind of recognition—she truly deserves it. We had a wonderful experience with a fantastic atmosphere! I didn't notice any significant delays, and our waitress was as attentive as possible. When we realized some extras were missing, she promptly took care of it. I believe people sometimes misunderstand that a short wait for food doesn’t indicate poor service; this place isn't meant for a quick meal.

The food and service were excellent. We sat at the bar and I ordered the fish tacos, the loaded Landshark, and a margarita.

Amazing experience! Our server Patrick made our night great. His service and expertise made it fun and a refreshing experience. The food was also amazing. The size and taste were perfect. I came with a group of four, we all have something else, and had no complaints.
