Starbucks - Syracuse

The one employee with blonde hair who looks older is very rude and upity.

Nicest employees works here. And when they are so nice the whole experience is nicer. I am from the customers who order the same thing for few weeks, and then cant drink it anymore lol. They know me here and always nice.

Polite and quick service of dependably great coffee!

The manager, a blonde woman, was extremely rude to about 10 military personnel during my visit to this restaurant. She should have spoken to them with respect, especially since they are service members. To make matters worse, my sandwich was completely cold because she was too preoccupied with enforcing mask rules and discussing the spicy section. This behavior was very rude and unprofessional, and is not a good representation of Syracuse University.

I stopped by this restaurant while waiting for someone and I'm glad I did. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I was a bit overwhelmed by the extensive menu, but the cashier was patient with me as I decided what to order and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff continued to be friendly and accommodating to everyone who came in after me to place their orders.
