As for the sangrias, we ordered four, and they arrived at different intervals—two minutes apart for the first two, then another one followed a minute later, and then a gap of 10 to 15 minutes for the last one. Despite having plenty of staff both on the floor and in the open kitchen, there seemed to be a lack of coordination and direction, which resulted in a disorganized service. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable overall. The pizza was quite tasty, although it had a soggy crust. The pasta dishes were also good. The steak was decent but not as tender as expected and pretty basic in terms of seasonal offerings. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, with a quiet enough setting for conversation. However, with so many other great dining options in BGC, we probably wouldn’t return.

The restaurant offers excellent food and service. We will definitely return to sample more items from the menu.

When we arrived, the restaurant was only half full, but the service was still quite slow. We ordered pizza, and it seemed like the waitress forgot about our order until we finally saw it come out. The staff wasn't very accommodating, and given the prices, the service we received didn't match our expectations.
