Guest House Sheraton Grand Taipei

I would say it's probably the best Chinese restaurant in Taipei. In fact, we have no reviews from the other customers, the meals were all excellent, although we just ordered what we want to have right now. It's a pity that we didn't have much time to have the set menu. I will definitely see again in the near future. Very recommended!!

The ambience is really nice. But I’m not sure if it deserves the Michelin 2 star title. We ordered 5 dishes, shredded tofu, spicy beef, sautéed eggplants, pork dumplings, and turnip cakes. The dishes were too greasy and you can certainly find better ones in other places in Taipei.

Like appetizers very much instead of main dishes Pork tails is the best. For the dessert, almond pudding is great.

The hot appetizers were nice to try more again. The best one was pig tails unexpectedly which was tender and full of flavors. However,the rest didn’t stand out for Michelin two stars. The space was not quiet for fine dining.

Service was good, unlike others have said. Food was also great. However, since we are a party of four only, could not order their signature dishes. Suggests to go with a group of 8-10. Definitely a good option to try Michelin 2 star with a reasonable price.
