Super Akihabara, Suehiro-cho - Taito

This hotel is well placed really close to all Akihabara shops and some train stations. The rooms are small (standard in tokyo), but they are ok. Breakfast is really nice, but I was missing having milk. The onsem is small, but really good. It's not crowded normally, but if it is, it's still nice. It has several laundry machines that work pretty good. Some of the staff struggle with English, but they were super nice and assisted us with all our requests. Take a pillow for your room, believe me you are going to need it. In general, it was great to stay here, I really recommend it!

Rooms were small but cozy and about what I expected from one in Tokyo. Breakfast ended at 9 which was a bit early for my preference but the food is good. The bath was very comfortable and a nice place to relax after walking around all day. Very happy with my stay and consider booking again next time I visit Tokyo.

Pretty nice hotel! Rooms are a bit cramped, really only good for sleeping which is fine cause if you’re visiting you’re not gonna spend lots of time in there anyway. There’s a hair dryer, iron, and various toiletries available to use. Staff are really helpful breakfast is included. They will keep your luggage for a few hours if you check out and still have some time before your train/flight. The only issue we had was that our toilet leaked out the bottom so the bathroom smelt really bad.

The default room pillows are super hard and very uncomfortable. While in theory the hotel has a pillow menu , the few available pillows are quickly taken by the guests, so we ended up having to suffer with the hard ones. The receptionist was not helpful, and while they had several baby (a.k.a normal) pillows available, she refused to give it to us because technically neither my daughter nor I are babies. So yes, all was communicated in a very polite Japanese way, but not any effort to be flexible and care for the customers.

We stayed one night at the Super Hotel. The room was very small, but clean and fine for one night. The location was great, short walk to the metro. The breakfast area was very crowded and missing many items when we arrived. There is only one lift in the hotel too, which can mean you are waiting a while. For the price we paid, we left happy.
