Handmade Udon Noodles Mugizo

A small Udon shop that is visited by local workers as well as by nicely dressed tourists. Most, if not all customers seem to go for cold Udon with diving sauce and fried chicken nuggets, aka Karaage. The food is simple, inexpensive, fresh and tasty.

When I came to Takamatsu, I went to a udon shop and it was the best. “Noodles are smooth, elastic, and have a flavor”, it seems to be understood by amateurs who are well known. I ordered tempura of sashiwa, but it was delicious because I ordered it, and the udon of freshly fried tempura todon was good with ice water. If you come to Takamatsu, please stop by.

食券制のレストランです。店に入ると右手に小さな券売機があり、そこで食券を購入してから店員に案内されて席に着きます。食券を渡して待っていると、私が頼んだ海老天ざるが運ばれてきました。うどんの横には揚げたての天ぷらが添えられています。麺は塩味は感じませんが、しっかりとした弾力があり、美味しいです。揚げたての天ぷらは非常に珍しいので、ぜひ味わってみてください。

高松駅からバスで数分、公共交通機関でお越しのお客様には便利です。 今回は、新型コロナ不幸による11時～13時までの営業時間を短縮しました。 ノーレンは12時30分にダウンしました。 非常にウエストと良い喉の非常においしいうどんでした。
