Burger King - Talladega

I am giving up. Don't know how this location stays in business. Food has been wrong. Old food. Charged for other people's food plus mine Now telling me my card was declined. Half my morning waiting for the bank to look into it and they don't know why it was declined.

I stood in there an almost hour waiting on my food. I understand that it was a parade tonight but that is ridiculous, especially when you have an employee outside talking to people and the line is pass going out of the door. She gave people food that hadn't even ordered while we're just standing there. Burger King is getting very ridiculous and slow.

Late night driving thru town. Food was fresh. Service was great.

This is not a good restaurant. It's just another typical fast food place with rude employees. The floors are slippery and there is a foul smell inside.

Went in at 9:30 a.m. and everything was fine, BUT the biscuit...it was so hard and chewy that it made a clunking sound when it hit the tray. They shouldn't leave biscuits sittin' that long. It was definitely not the quality BK of Talladega usually is. I'll be sure to drive around and pay attention to who is working before I come back in.
