Steak N Shake - Tallahassee

I stopped at the drive-thru on my trip and ordered food for two people. When we returned to I10/I75, we realized that our entire order was incorrect. We had to wait for about 20 minutes for our order, which was disappointing. The service was not good.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in my 60 years of life. I couldn't believe how neglectful the staff was in handling my wife's and my order. The entire staff appeared to be in a rush and lacking attention to detail. Despite ordering steak and shakes, the food was not properly prepared and lacked any additional toppings. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and believe that the staff should be replaced. If they can't handle simple tasks, how can they be trusted with more important responsibilities?

Upon entering the restaurant, the woman behind the counter immediately directed us to use the kiosk for orders. This abrupt and impolite interaction left a negative impression, and I do not plan on returning to this establishment. The limited vegetarian options did not cater to my dietary needs, and the small parking space was also a drawback. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I will not be dining here again.

That was great. but the staff was not very organized. they have the command wrong, missing objects. while waiting the same thing happened with several other customers. polite amd fast to fix the errors at least.

Food was hot, cooked to order, and delicious. Milk shakes were delicious. Service was great and food was prepared very quickly. The owner introduced herself and she was extremely kind and seems dedicated to her business and making sure her customers are satisfied. Highly recommend!!!
