The bald man preparing burgers, who wears glasses and has a beard, really needs to work on his attitude. There are definitely better ways to interact with customers. When I inquired about ketchup, since there was none available, he simply looked away and replied, "No." About five minutes later, another staff member brought out a tray full of ketchup. It's disappointing to encounter such laziness from an employee. If he finds the job too demanding, perhaps he should consider looking for work elsewhere.

We arrived at 7:30, just half an hour before closing time. The staff only allowed us to order chicken nuggets and claimed that the milkshake machine was out of order. After we received our stale fries and subpar nuggets, we noticed the workers preparing burgers and milkshakes right in front of us, despite telling us that they were out of burgers and that the milkshake machine was broken. It felt very inconsistent and disappointing.

The cashier's demeanor was quite unpleasant.
