I telephoned a table and came to dinner in time. the restaurant was medium capacity and felt lively when I and my companion arrived. we were waiting for our table and immediately. I have directed a few pictures of the different I tried and summarize it, the tastes were amazing. every dish I had was in some way unique and full of a rich selection of taste. I was surprised how quickly our orders arrived, how professional and knowledgeable the service was. each was max level: the cook with eating, waitress with excellent recommended. the absolute wild legend drink master that mixed some of the best cocktails that I had the pleasure to sip on the last times. I was initially slightly confused by the menu, as it had a lot of elements to choose between, but as usual I trusted on the waiter/waitress to recommend and introduce the best. thanks for the memories.

Had the 7 curs omakase. really good food and service. highly recommended. great wein pairing and famous sommeliers. the cocktail bar also makes amazing cocktails, remained to late.
I really wanted to like this place! the menu seems beautiful and exciting and we really needed a restaurant of this planned concept, and I understand that it was their first day and there are problems, but that was borderline ridiculous and starving made it more irritating. we had a dinner reservation at 7 and were there on time. we sat quickly on a table that was released (which was good) and the waiter said that he will be with us immediately and that is table covered. (this is the only time I can use quickly) finally 15 minutes later the waitress arrived, but was very ignorant about the menu and eating generally ok well, it is the first day finally. but no more scurry or more. we ordered a bar snack roasted chicken, bark meat tar under appetizer for 2, braided duck breast with crispy skin and risotto also for 2, nigiri selection and a spicy tuna sushi roll. around 7:38 another waitress came to our table ready to take our commands, not aware of who already treated and how it's normal that someone sit and wait for 38 minutes that later became more understandable. starving and irritating, finally 54 minutes after our arrival came our first dish for 2nd the tartaric acid. only with one teller and we had not yet had any taste or utensil. not one of the better tartaric acids I had, but at least finally it was a very tiny amount of food I could eat. an hour and 4 minutes after our arrival, we were finally presented to the barsnack and the nitrili selection. this all came without eating utensils or soy sauce, which after 10 minutes I wait to go and ask for myself. for me a few minutes after the sushi that served crispy skin that I got to nibble, but it lacked the crispy skin. when the soy sauce was brought to us, I told the waitress about the missing crispy skin, she didn't know about it, but took my court away to show the kitchen well. as far as the niggers are concerned, she didn't tell us what they were, no idea what we're eating. After we had eaten the nitriris and the fried chicken, another waitress came and cleaned our table from all while we had still to receive the sushi roll and also got my risotto ente back. Finally an hour and a half after our arrival arrived the sushi roll, but now we no longer had the tellers to eat them, but were not disturbed, waiting and seeing if something would be done with regard to it, so they ate just from the servier plate, did nothing so that we were right. (the Sushi rice was warm) shortly after that I recited my half risotto and escape back, 15 minutes after it was taken away, but this time with some burned crumbs of the crunchy sprinkled on it and the risotto had formed the rice film, I starved so that I ate it anyway after I had waited for a fork to eat more. I really would have liked to order more dinge, as it was clear to me that I would be hungry after that, but in the time when I realized that I had no faith in receiving something in time, so we went back to eat home. also the tartar was listed among the starters for 2 9€ menu, but on the bill it was 12€ just something I noticed, but it wasn't important enough to get stuck as I was set on the off fast. the only way to get server attention is to go and ask for it and no, there were not so many people with whom you could justify so many mistakes and problems. But I will give them another attempt after they had the opportunity to calm down, but I will not be able to bring empty.
Waitress was horrible and rude, 30% of the menu wasn’t available and food was sub-par. I’ll give my complaints in the order they happened: 1. Music was so loud it was hard to consentrate on reading the menu even tho we asked if it could be turned down a just little bit TWICE. 2. Waitress did not inform us about what is currently available and what is not. When we started ordering, she informed us that about 30% of the food in the menu isn’t currently available because it ran out yesterday no one has had time to order more. 3. 5 out of 6 starter dishes were brought to the table after main course and they got one main wrong. (Ordered tuna sushi, got salmon). Essentially we had 11 separate dishes on the table at once. They explained that it is because cold and hot plates come from different sides of the kitchen and it is too complex for them so synchronize these 2 sides. 4. Pulled pork taco was not pulled pork but dry pork cubes instead. 5. Beef burger was served cold so I sent it back. When it came back, only bread was warm, beef still cold. 6. Sushi was good, so we ordered 2 more portions but only received one and when we asked about the other one, they had no answer and said that it will be put into making ASAP. Still had to wait extra 20 minutes. 7. Waitress made rude comments when she thought she was out of hearing distance, however she wasn’t. Called us “nuisance” and needlessly picky when we started leaving.
