Lemon N Spice - Tamarac

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. The staff does not know how to communicate effectively with customers. This was our second time experiencing bad service. Additionally, the food quality was not good - the taste was below average. It is not recommended to spend your money at this establishment.

The restaurant is pretty good and the food was alright. The woman in charge seemed a little rude, possibly having a bad day on Monday afternoon. They included an 18% automatic gratuity, which is not common in Florida. We were the only customers dining on Monday afternoon, but we felt that the manager could have been friendlier. The samosas were tasty with a bit of extra oil, and we enjoyed their papdi chat. The serving size of the chicken tikka masala was generous, and the naan was big and delicious.

I would advise customers to avoid this restaurant. I ordered 8 pieces of mixed Krunchy chicken and received 3 legs and 3 thighs. The total cost was around $11.76. When I called to address the issue, a rude woman answered and claimed she only had legs and thighs available. Despite explaining that I had ordered mixed chicken and did not eat legs and thighs, she showed no concern and simply replied with an indifferent "ok." I made it clear that I would not be ordering from Lemon and N Spice again.

We went on 31st October with whole family and the waitress I think she is from Bangladesh she was super nice to us and the owner came to say hi and ask about the food which was very delicious specially Nihari thank you we enjoyed .Sameer

Great food great price. Eat here 3 times s week for the 6.95 lunch special. Never a complaint.
