Waffle Monkey - Tamarindo

I had my Spanish celiac cards to give them. They told me the waffles were made on the same waffle farmer. They said they would clean it, but it's hard to clean waffle manufacturers, so personally I decided not to eat here. I'm sure it's delicious, but I'd rather have more uprising.

The best waffles I've ever had! I was a little nervous as they don't have a separate grill for gluten-free waffles, but they cleaned one of them thoroughly before they cook mine. Very recommended!

We come here every time we visit Costa Rica. The kitchen staff will wipe the waffle iron before it is used for us. We didn't get sick. Two celiacs in our group.

I will confirm that the staff told me that they NOT have a separate gluten-free waffle iron, but they are ready to show you that they clean it before you. I had no one. My non-Catholic man had a regular and enjoyed him.

This place is awesome, make sure you come here for breakfast! I’ve had Celiac for 13 years and this place is wonderful.
