Burgerfi - Tampa

My group of 17 stopped a fast bite after the aquarium. the staff was very friendly, especially the manager. they had done our job properly and quickly and still served the other diners. highly recommended. the food was tasty and the fries are cut according to need, not frozen.

Chrissy and the staff was amazing, her personality and helpful attitude so sweet. The FOOD! The fries are real potatoes, no grease in anything. Burger melts in your mouth, onion rings best on planet...the chicken fingers OMG, this place and the sauces...Had a shake...in love...can't go to another burger joint, they ruined us.

Employees were friendly and personable, food came out quick and was delicious! Definitely coming back

I'm a big Burgerfi fan because they offer Beyond Meat and Green style, but this location needs some attention. My past 3 visits have been similar, with the fries being over cooked and the green style being only a few pieces of lettuce instead of the green bun other locations make. Maybe it's a supply issue? I guess, but maybe inform us when we're ordering if you're low on lettuce.And, to echo what others have said the staff at this location is unfriendly and seemingly bothered to be there, especially a girl who's at the cash register usually in the evenings on Friday/Saturday. Our last visit I ordered online for pickup. When I arrived I stood at the pickup location for probably 10 minutes and have never seen someone avoid eye contact so hard the way she did that night. Someone from the kitchen finally asked how they could help and wouldn't you know my order had been sitting behind her the entire time. So, cold over cooked truffle fries and 2 pieces of lettuce for the green style while you avoided eye contact. Neat.4/16/22 update: I contacted them on 4/15 via the form they listed in response. I decided to try this place on a whim, honestly not expecting much and thinking it would be just an average burger. I was wrong.I ordered the BurgerFi burger as-is with cheese and an Oreo custard shake. The burger was unreal one of the best I've ever had from a fast food restaurant, maybe even a normal sit-down restaurant. The two parties were cooked perfectly juicy, tender, and packed with great flavor. The tomato, lettuce, and sauce were icing on the cake.
