Chick-fil-a - Tampa

This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.

I’m not sure what’s happening with Chick-fil-A lately, but the service has really slowed down. What’s the point of having a mobile order lane if it doesn't speed things up compared to the regular lane? I waited a full 30 minutes for my mobile order. They’re starting to feel like just another fast food place now.

I've visited this location a few times, and it hasn't improved. Whenever I place large orders, there's always something missing. The fries were old and soggy, and the chicken nuggets were a bit chewy. This Chick-fil-A feels different from the others I've been to.

The staff at this restaurant seemed more concerned with the drive-thru rather than the front counter, where I only saw one person assisting customers. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, but it arrived cold, with a stale bun and unmelted cheese. I was quite disappointed, especially since this location is usually quite busy, leading me to expect fresh food. The fries were merely warm, overly salted and not very enjoyable. On a positive note, I did find the sweet tea to be good. I attempted to leave an online review instead of going public, but the corporate process at Chick-fil-A made that nearly impossible. Thank you for the disappointing meal and for reminding me why I tend to avoid fast food!

I went to this restaurant to have a quick meal while studying for my final exam. I asked for a large cup of water, but the staff seemed unable to fulfill that request. It’s frustrating when simple things can’t be taken care of. I've been waiting for my food for at least ten minutes now.
