Firehouse Subs Carrollwood - Tampa

Sandwich was good, the soup was horrible, I think it was old...

Staff is rude, messed up my order completely, it was my first time there and I defiantly will not be returning.

I ordered through uber and wanted a hot pastrami with mustard and a cold italian sub....it was late and when we opened the bag there was a hot pastrami with mayo! and a hot italian with bread that fell apart...both were thrown out ...I will not be ordering from Firehouse subs again.

The three-inch sub was fantastic! I was surprised to find out it cost $11 for such a small size, but it was incredibly tasty and delicious—the first time I ever tried it. I asked for regular sour cream and cheddar chips, but my friend preferred baked ones. I specifically requested to be notified if the regular chips weren't available. Overall, the amazing oatmeal cookie was great, and I really enjoyed it!

I didn't receive my pickle for the fourth time and was given the wrong cookie. I've been visiting Firehouse for many years, but this location has been the worst I've experienced. The staff was rude over the phone and seemed indifferent to the quality of the food.
