Jackson's Bistro and Bar LC - Tampa

We had a very bad experience, the food was so greasy! We ordered the food and when we were done, we wanted to order dessert, the server told us that the kitchen is closed! I have never been to a restaurant that close for desserts even if they are already closed for food! That was so unprofessional and especially that we were celebrating a birthday so we needed a cake to celebrate. Never coming back

Service was not good. No introduction, no recommendations, nothing. It was so awkward. The food has the price tag of more of a fine dining restaurant but absolutely not the quality. We didn't finish the sushi because it tasted like publix sushi and was fishy, the wings came out with sauce all over the sides of the plates and was quickly set down at the table. The operation as a whole appeared to be an unprofessional, untrained staff with sub-par food and a higher price tag because of the location. We actually left and went to another restaurant to order main courses because the service and experience was so poor.

My wife and I just went there for our anniversary and we literally enjoyed everything we ordered even bought something to take on the next day which was amazing as well. I would highly recommend anybody going here food was amazing. Sequoia was our server and he was over and above excellent.

This is not the Jackson's I used to come before Covid started. No more Sunday Brunch Buffet anymore. You can only order from the menu. Seating changed as well as decoration. This place now only have tables, chairs. Looks like just started the business. Food was okay. Not much choices..view is awesome but ambiance need some work and buffet brunch needs to come back
