Konan's Bbq - Tampa

This place is extremely overrated. I spent $50 for 3 meals and 3 drinks. Thats fine. However, the food was subpar. I had the chopped pork dinner w/2 sides. The mac and cheese was bland, the beans were from the can, and the chopped pork was very fatty with no flavor. The meat had to be drowned in sauce in order for it to taste like something. I recommend you find somewhere/anywhere else to go for BBQ.

Today, 11/3/23, we catered our office of approximately 50 people with Konan BBQ’s Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chicken, Mac N’ Cheese, Baked Beans, and Collard Greens! The food was delicious and everyone loved it! The owner and staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and the food was hot and ready ahead of time! They also have a Pineapple Sweet Tea that’s amazing! Thanks Konan BBQ! Healthcare Solutions gives you 10/10 and definitely recommends to all Tampa folks looking for some good ol’ southern BBQ! ?

I can’t say enough about this food! Best BBQ in Tampa by far. The ribs are flavored so perfectly as well as the pork. Let’s not forget about their special bbq sauce! Always great service, great food, and great prices! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend giving it a try.

I chose this restaurant for my meal this afternoon. The young man at the counter was really slow, no smile no customer service. The food was not good this time. I never get a plate of 'hot food. The lines are ridiculous. I have a back injury. I support you when you are doing well. I don 't see how I can anymore. If you value your customers, please find a more efficient way to serve each customer in a more timely manner. Please use this well meaning review as a way to improve your business. Onelove
