Mama Rosa's Pizza - Tampa

Place was filthy. Girls bathroom had no toilet paper. The mozzarella sticks definitely tasted like they were old and had been microwaved. However the wings were pretty good, staff was nice, and I feel like I have to give them props for being open so lateand feeding all the drunk wandering people in the area.

Ordered a whole pie and they gave us old pizza and it was cold. it was disgusting. no wonder it was ready in less than 10 mins after we ordered

The pizza was terrible. I considered throwing it away after just one bite, but I tried to persevere and almost regretted it after the second bite. Even frozen pizza from the grocery store is three times better than this. The location is great, but the pizza is far below average—just keep walking.

The pizza here is very basic, reminiscent of the kind you’d get at school. It’s not terrible if that’s what you’re into, but I found the green peppers and mushrooms to be quite disappointing—they tasted canned. Plus, I feel like we were overcharged for what we received. I haven’t tried this place in Ybor yet, but I feel a bit let down this time.

I really should have checked the reviews before trying this place. I picked it randomly and struck out. I ordered two slices, and the guy didn't even bother to heat them up. They were cold and tasted like they had been made days ago. When he asked me how my food was, I could only shrug my shoulders in complete disappointment. I honestly can't believe they're still in business. I'd rather eat cardboard with pepperoni on it, and that wouldn't cost me $4 a slice!
