I gave this place a third chance because they actually have good food. I like their anticuchos. BUT THE SERVICE... Horrible! Walked in again for the second time this summer and was ignored again for ten minutes. My family an I weren't even acknowledged. When it happened before, the ladies stood behind the counter talking and preparing napkins, they didn't even offer a menu or water until we walked out the door. The story was repeated. All they said was thank you as we walked out the door. Someone needs to teach customer service there so that they can keep customers coming. La comida es buena, pero el servicio es fatal!

Terrible food. The papa a la guancaina was too salty I told them to take it back and to my surprise the papa a la guancaina was back In my table. They told us that they fixed it but I told them that i sent back because I no longer wanted it. I ordered a side of rice. Horrible taste. The rice was like from 2 or3 days ago. The causa was too salty as well. Being a Peruvian i was so was so embarrassed with my family. We ate the chicken we ordered because we were hungry after traveling from NY. The waitress, a Peruvian lady, was very kind and helpful. I cannot complain about her. But the owner or manager was too rude ro send us the papa a la guancaina back to our table knowing that we did not wanted it anymore. That is why I am rating a 1 star to this place.

I went because I wanted to try a new place with my family. I really didn't have any expectations and wasn't sure what to order. I ordered a paella and it was A M A Z I N G! My entire family was very happy with their meals. For the portions and taste given, the price is great too.

Food was 3 stars, not the same as Peruvian Pollo. Big detractor for me was the check. They have included tip, which is fine but then they ask for a tip when you sign without mentioning that there is included tip. They even recommend more tip percentages at the bottom. Do not fall for this scam! 15 percent is already included. It's easy to do especially if English isn't your first language.
