Planet Grilled Cheese Citrus Park Mall

When I pulled cash out of my pocket the cashier told me he didn't have any coins,he said I can use a card unless I want to give him the change I told him he can keep the change,when he opened the cash register I clearly saw that there was coins!! I don't mind giving a tip I was already going to give him the change but it's ridiculous that he had to scam me just for a tip?

Had. It been to this place in a long time. What a disappointment. The service was awful. The food was not much better. The staff was arrogant. The fact that they only take exact change or a credit card is ridiculous. My grandsons sandwich was burnt he could not eat the whole thing. The sodas were all seltzer and almost no syrup. They tasted awful. I think that we will avoid this place in the future.

The owner should really think about who how many people are behind the counter. The food isn't the issue but that's if you actually get to order. Maybe another employee would help in this constant lack of motivation or staff. People need someone to interact with other than the angry people that are being creating. Love the fact you offer Mountain Dew! That's you 1 star! Why is there only 1 person here during the lunch hour rush? She prepared a mobile order that looks like it's for an office. The owner is horribly irresponsible. More than likely this failing Mall owns it. The employee there l, even obviously being overwhelmed was very nice and courteous!! That's the second star!!

I could make a better grilled cheese at home. They gave my daughter the heel of the bread and apple juice like the ones you get at the hospital or school. Horrible service as well. The girl acted annoyed that we were interrupting her phone time.

Great spot for quality food while shopping at the mall. Located in the food court, the menu is large and easy to read. They offer grilled cheeses, chicken melts, sides and smoothies. I tried the chicken bacon ranch melt, spicy Buffalo chicken melt, loaded fries and strawberry, blueberry and blackberry smoothie. Everything looked clean from the front counter and employee was friendly. Food came out quickly and cheese was nice and melty. The bread for both was Nicky grilled and toasty despite having sauce dripping on it. Not soggy at all! The chicken was juicy and tender. I personally liked the chicken bacon ranch more so than the spicy Buffalo and that is saying a lot because I love Buffalo anything! Loaded Fries had plenty of toppings and the smoothie was made with 100% fruit! Very tasty.
