Sawatdee Thai Cuisine - Tampa

The best pad thai you could ever hope for! I could easily enjoy two or three servings by myself. The staff here is both gracious and charming. Many years ago, I visited when the interior was darker, and they had a cozy nook by the window with a couch. I miss that hidden, dimly lit couch area, but the food remains just as fantastic.

The Thai food was incredible! The staff was outstanding! We arrived 45 minutes before closing, and they welcomed us without any issues. The dining room was beautifully decorated and very inviting. I ordered the chicken pad Thai, and there was plenty left to take home. My partner had the green curry, which was already quite flavorful. Both dishes were delicious and packed with taste. Our waitress was fantastic! She shared details about her culture with us and offered suggestions on how to enjoy the curry. The ambiance was lovely, and the service was friendly and professional. I can't wait to come back!

The food was excellent, but I only gave it 4 stars because I found the pad see ew to be just average.

That used to be my visit to the neighboring Thai restaurant. I usually get Thai or drunk noodles. both are pretty good and delicious in a prise. what is very annoying is that I called several times per hour before they close and they stop picking up orders. they say their kitchen is closed. if their kitchen will close an hour early after their hours online and door sign, then they will change their closing times to reflect this. that's not how it works. I feel like I gave them enough chances because I thought the first time was a fuke. I will not go back.

Nice, little spot. Food tasted good and everything came out within a reasonable time.
