Strandhill Public - Tampa

Our first time here. Traveling from out of town. Staying at hotel next door. This place is legit. Tasty. Friendly. Great selections of Irish Whiskey. Do it. Come here!

Two words: Elevated Irish. We came to try it out, in celebration, my wife, baby daughter, and I. We sat outside, the weather was quite nice, and so was the service. We got a couple of beers, Purple Haze, and ordered some food. We started off with the Irish Nachos, they were actually very good. My wife had the Smoked Ricotta Tomato salad with a pan seared salmon, and let me tell you, that was delicious! I myself had the Corned Beef sandwich with buffalo cauliflower, very tasty, very filling! Overall the experience was quite enjoyable. We sure need to return to try out some of the other items on the menu, I have my eye on the Drunken Mussels! Overall spend, around $65, not bad at all! Update: service is still great, even on a Tuesday night.

So I wasn’t sure what to expect but after several visits Strandhill has become our favorite place to go. The patio is amazing but hands down the best staff ever! All the servers and bartenders are attentive and sweet. We came back in today and it was really busy but everyone was super friendly and worked really hard to take care of everything we needed! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a classy yet chill and comfortable vibe!

Strandhill has an incredible selection of whiskey and scotch. It also has a good variety of beers to choose from. The crafted cocktails I tried were delicious. The food was tasty and the cauliflower Buffalo wings and pulled pork sandwich were TOP in the list for things we tried. It has a very relaxed atmosphere an architecturally beautiful exterior. We just moved to this area and found this gem. We took family that came to visit and ended going three nights in a row for either food or just drinks!Definitely our new local watering hole ?Servers have been amazing.. I found food I thought I hated but they made it in such a way I fell in love!
