Taco Bell - Tampa

I'm really frustrated with the poor quality of the food presentation. Take a look at this taco supreme—it's more like a supreme disappointment.

Sat in line for 30 minutes. Once you 're in the line you 're stuck and can 't drive away with a fence on the right side. Got to the microphone and was asked to wait. After 10 more minutes, someone yelled in the microphone no more orders . It wasconfusing. I went to the window and the employee said they were having an altercation . He said they were on the phone withthe owner trying to fix it . He said he couldn 't take my order and we didn 't get any food.

I really hope that after the staff shortage you experienced, the two consistent employees who showed up day after day receive a promotion. They truly held everything together for weeks. I don't know their names, but there's a gentleman with dreadlocks and a lovely lady at the window who always wears a hat and greets everyone with a big smile. They genuinely deserve recognition for their hard work!

They made my food fast That's about all I can say. That's positive. I wouldn't recommend going here. The staff had an attitude. They rolled their eyes. Half of them were at the tables playing the games on their phone while getting paid. And there was evena few in the office talking while on the clock.

We visit this restaurant every time we go to Busch Gardens, which happens several times a year. They consistently get my order right, the food tastes fantastic, and the service is exceptional. Hats off to the staff—you are doing an excellent job. Thank you!
