I called when the order had been in for Quality Assurance for over 1/2 hour and hadn 't changed. and the delivery was 15 minutes late at that point. When I called the store and was advised that my orderwas not even made and it would be at least 1.5 to 2-hours before it would be delivered. I verbally cancelled the order at thatpoint. A pretty big fail for the marquis national pizza delivery service. I can 't wait to try and get a refund. -5/5 stars
Ordered online for pickup for a plain pizza and cheesy bread. so i go to pickup my order and im told to wait 15 minutes because understandably they are understaffed like most places. So i walk back in for a second time to find that they never started itwhich at this point it was well over a hour for my order got my refund back and just went to wendys crappieat dominos ive everbeen to.
I drove to the restaurant and placed my order in person. The young man who helped me was fantastic and managed everything on his own. My food was ready in just 15 minutes. Overall, my first experience was excellent, and the food was good and delivered on time. Domino's should consider hiring more people like him and ensure they are well looked after.
They messed up my order, and when I brought it to their attention, they told me to bring it back so they could add the toppings to the garlic knots and cinnamon knots. Unfortunately, the knots were ice cold, and while they offered to reheat them, it wasn't done on the spot. This really ruined our meal.
I never received my food. Their phone line doesn’t work, and there’s no one to contact. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I strongly advise against ordering from here.
