Taos Chicharron Burrito

Make sure to check out this food truck when you're in Taos! Their breakfast burrito with chorizo is simply unforgettable. It's well-prepared and easy to enjoy on the go. The portion is generous enough to share for a light breakfast, and the spices and flavors are fantastic. Everything is made with fresh ingredients, and the staff is sweet and friendly. Update: I visited again a year later, and it's still just as excellent. Consistently great!

This restaurant is excellent! We tried various tacos, the Chile Relleno plate, and both the red and green tamales, and everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding as well. I highly recommend it!

BEST burrito I've ever had! My friend and I were looking for a quick place to eat after white water rafting, and we were thrilled to discover this spot. The ladies working there were incredibly efficient and friendly. I ordered the Chicharrón burrito with green chile and pico de gallo, and it was absolutely fantastic. The tortilla was soft, and the burrito was enormous and served hot! The exterior was crispy, while the interior was perfectly tender, with the chicharrón melting in my mouth. It was a great value for such a large burrito—I even had to save half of it for later! We’ll make a point to stop here every time we visit Taos!

Had a chicken quesadilla, it was delicious, fresh and was a great value for your money!
