Big City Wings - Tavener

Just not feeling it anymore, wings are just not as good as Wingstop. All the hype is gone it's make it or break it and honestly it's already breaking. 3.1/10

Bartender so/so. Wings blaaaa….but they were hot. Bar guy Tried to act overly busy with only 3 people at the bar. He avoided eye contact as to not give service unless you flagged him down. Last week they did a military discount but not this week. He said “every time I ask they say no” Not supporting of veteran organizations and little no none attention to detail. Food and service were good. Place was clean. Overall a good first experience and chill spot.

My faith in Big City Wings has been restored thanks to 2 great service experiences from our waitress (Miya), who happened to serve our tables on 2 separate occasions. Thanks Miya! 5-Food Wings: came out hot (temp), crispy, tasty (sauces dry rubs) and big-sized wings BBQ Chicken Salad: good mix of greens, tomatoes, corn and grilled chicken Waffle Fries: hot crispy as well 5-Service Waitress Miya was super courteous and quick to set up tables to accommodate our group. Drink and food orders were taken promptly. Food came out within a reasonable amount of time. Refills were given without having to ask and follow-up with our table was frequent as well. After having a couple of poor service experiences in the past from other staff that did not care to provide service, it took some time before coming back to give them another chance. Miya's great service has now placed Big City Wings back on our rotation of restaurants to eat at! 5-Atmosphere Restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean. Plenty of screens to watch all the different games being broadcasted.

Service was a little slow. Not too busy, but really loud and hard to have conversation. Fried mushrooms were ok, white wings were good. Ranch was somewhat bland. Flavor of traditional and boneless wings was good. May be something silly, but the straws for the big plastic cups they use are a bit small/short/skinny. We will be back, though, it is worth trying again.
