The smoothie was delicious, the fruit was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent.

Inside Taylor Mall close to forever 21 entrance. Friendly staff and good customer service. Good frozen yogurt with a good variety of flavors and toppings. They also have smoothies. I usually don't like the original frozen yogurt flavor, but PinkBerry's original is really good.

The frozen yogurt is delicious! However, the service is lacking. The employees always appear to be irritated.

Great place... my first visit was a wonderful experience. Friendly people.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I tried to place my usual order, but the server, Denice, made it unnecessarily complicated. She ignored my request for fruit and ended up charging me more than what I usually pay and what was listed on the menu.
